2008 Metallic Rewards™ Program Qualifiers
Metallic has established the Metallic Rewards program to provide incentives and thank its Builders for their business and loyalty.
To qualify, each Builder must meet the following requirements:
1. Metallic Builders must remain in good standing throughout the term of the reward period and must remain in good standing* when the reward becomes due and payable.
2. Specific jobs must be paid in full by the Metallic Builder within the credit terms as set forth by the Metallic Credit Department, not to exceed 30 days from the date of invoice. By failing to do so, the entire job would be deemed ineligible for Metallic Rewards credit.
The volume** threshold for Metallic Builders is $300,000 of net shipped steel F.O.B. Metallic plant. Freight, tax and warranties are specifically excluded from eligibility. Upon reaching the minimum threshold, qualifying Builderships will be eligible to receive two (2) complimentary passes to the annual Metallic National Sales Meeting*** based on double occupancy (not including airfare).
In addition, once the $300,000 minimum volume threshold is met, the Metallic Cash Rewards will take effect for every dollar earned above $300,000 and will be allocated at the rate of 1%. Please note, there is a $1 million per job cap on the amount of eligible rewards (i.e. a $1.5 million job will be counted as a $1 million project). Metallic Builders that do not meet the minimum volume requirement will not be eligible for Metallic Rewards.
The Metallic Rewards eligibility period is based on the calendar year. Metallic will make every attempt to pay Rewards to qualified Metallic Builders by April 30th of the year following the calendar year in which the Reward was earned.
For those Builders who qualify, the following incentive schedule will apply:

*Metallic determines builder standing in its sole discretion; an Authorized Metallic Builder in good standing may be considered otherwise under circumstances, including, but not limited to, any of the following: having a past due account balance; prior or present litigation or threatened litigation; payment(s) withheld or back charge(s) assessed for any unapproved or disputed claim(s), and/or any bankruptcy filing(s) or similar derogatory credit experience(s) with Metallic and/or any of its affiliated or related companies.
**Volume is defined as net mill steel building shipments, exclusive of tax, freight and warranties. Component orders and Class A structural steel shipments are specifically excluded from eligibility. Volume calculations are based on buildings shipped by Metallic within the calendar year.
***Passes to the National Sales Meeting are only redeemable for the event directly following the close of the year in which the rewards were earned. If unused for the designated event, passes will expire and cannot be transferred for use at future meetings.
