Where is Metallic located?
Metallic Building Systems offices out of Houston, Texas but we have district sales managers located nationwide to serve you. We also have manufacturing facilities comprising over 3.5 million square feet strategically located throughout North America to get our products to you quickly.

Metallic Building Systems manufactures and designs custom-engineered metal buildings. Where can I find your manufacturing credentials and IAS accreditations?
The International Accreditation Service (IAS) provides objective evidence that Metallic operates at a high level of organizational, legal and technical standards. You can download copies of Metallic’s certificates for each facility here.

How can I find a sales person in my area?
You can find a sales representative by entering the zip code of where you are located, or you can request to be contacted.
How can I get a quote?
Complete our contact us form. This is sent to a sales representative in your area who will review the details of your project and contact you as soon as possible.
I’m looking to start a project. How do I find a Metallic Authorized Builder?
If you’d like to be connected with an Authorized Builder that fits your specific project needs, contact us by filling out a request form. One of our sales associates will contact you about the details of your project including end use, project goals and location. We’ll then match you with a qualified Authorized Builder in your area.
How do I become an Authorized Builder?
To become any Authorized Builder, complete the preliminary interest form. A sales representative will review your information and contact you to discuss your application and any necessary requirements.
For Existing Customers and Builders
I’m an Authorized Builder. How do I access my account online?
All builder resources and project status can be accessed in a consolidated location through the Builder’s Gateway.
Where do I download the latest Optima pricing software release?
Download the latest version of Optima and corresponding release notes from the Builder’s Gateway.
How do I update my builder account contact information?
You can also manage your contact information through Builder’s Gateway Please allow 48 hours for the change to go into effect.
