Meet Roger Baggett, Senior Field Services Manager

Through any interaction with Roger, you can tell right off the bat any action is guided by honesty and integrity—making him an invaluable Metallic employee. Roger started with Metallic back in 2011 as a field service technician and is now a senior field services manager. Roger does it all—from handling SSR certifications and Buildings 101 training to handling customer relations, special projects and backcharges. Roger’s forte and favorite part of his job is assisting customers through challenging situations, noting they are always very appreciative of the end results. 

Roger enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Tina,  and daughter, Briana. Not a lot of people know that he’s an Old West fanatic and that he is a former Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Officer!
