Meet Sheila Yee, Regional Sales Team Leader

Meet Sheila Yee, the other half of Metallic’s dynamic duo in the Houston office. As the Inside Sales Team Leader, Sheila leads a team of 11 builder service representatives and makes it look easy. Perhaps it’s due to her innate interest in coaching and mentoring the next generation or because she has extensive experience in all-things metal buildings.

In her 20+ years as part of the Metallic family, Sheila has held several roles, which makes her one of our most experienced and valued subject matter experts. She is well-versed in just about every function and process that is part of our business. Her ability to translate her knowledge into viable improvements to the customer journey, sets her apart and often earns her a seat on think tanks and committees designed to elevate the customer experience.
