Meet Tim Leach, Components Manager

It’s always great to see employees grow with the company and it’s even better when that employee is a team player who takes pride in contributing to the company’s growth and betterment. Meet Tim Leach, our Components Manager and metal accessories expert.

Tim has been part of the Metallic team for more than 16 years. He was hired as a Sales Coordinator, a role which provided a great foundation into metal buildings and the dynamics between the internal and external stakeholders. You can say he was right in the middle of the action from the very beginning, and he was great at it! Before too long, Tim rose through the ranks as a member of the Builder Services Team, and soon thereafter, his hard work and dedication were recognized and he was promoted to Components Manager.

Tim is all about customer service, is respected by his peers and is just an all-around good guy. It’s hard not to spotlight such an outstanding team member! We appreciate you, Tim!

Do you have any volunteer activities? I’ve participated in several projects with Rebuilding Together Houston which helps fixed income seniors and veterans with home repair projects.
